• coordinating freight transportation program with the port;
• customs escort in the port;
• organizing and monitoring of phytosanitary, quarantine, radiological control and other procedures obligatory for receiving the entry permit;
• issuing of transport and accompanying documents;
• assisting in customs clearance of export and import cargo;
• preparing set of documents for obtaining AD (Accounting Document) and RD-1 (Reporting Document -1) upon their execution by stevedores;
